(Amsterdam, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Vladimir Malakchi, CCO at Evoplay, granted an interview to SoloAzar, in which he shared his thoughts about the recent participation of the firm at iGB Live 2022. “The iGaming industry is evolving at an incredible rate, with new trends and markets always emerging,” he said.

What are your thoughts after having recently participated in iGB Live 2022?
The iGaming industry is evolving at an incredible rate, with new trends and markets always emerging. To stay on top of everything, we need offline get-togethers such as iGB Live, where you can meet industry participants in person. Live networking is a completely different experience because you can discuss pressing issues and share expertise and best practices over a cocktail or cup of coffee.
iGB Live created an ideal environment for considering the most difficult points from various perspectives, ensuring an understanding of what is going on and how businesses can adapt. I can't wait to attend the next event and hope we will huddle even more often.
How did you find the show?
I had a great time at iGB Live; even the rain couldn't put a damper on being part of the show. Visiting the event with the Evoplay team, we got a dose of inspiration from meeting with the industry leaders, shaking hands with our partners, and establishing new contacts. It's always a pleasure to exchange insights about everything that the iGaming vertical lives and breathes.
The event was on point - a true thankyou goes out to the organisers who went above and beyond to make the event informative and networking-fuelled.
You took part in one of the discussions about game delivery in highly regulated markets. What are your thoughts on the subject?
The delivery of iGaming products in highly regulated areas is a topic that both regulators and suppliers must discuss and consider. While player safety remains a top priority, we cannot ignore why players choose casino games - the gambling component. Severe restrictions become impediments to fully enjoying the gaming experience, causing the audience to shift to the black market.
According to the panelists and myself, the solution is to strike the right balance between regulations ensuring a safe gambling environment and supplier loyalty, allowing the industry to operate and develop. We expect regulators to find ways to make this situation a win-win for themselves, players, and gaming product providers.
